Please note that they will be training the candidates for 2 months. After the training, if the candidates fail to clear the assessment they will be asked to leave the company. The candidates who clear the training assessment will be assigned to the projects. The first 3 months will be the probation period. The candidates who fail to complete the probation period will be asked to leave the company.
