Moolya Testing requirement

The Job Description for the role of Interns in the Test is attached.

Work From Home:
• Given the Pandemic situation, all our folks are working remotely. They will continue to be remote for the foreseeable future.
• Once the corona situation gets better and the world starts moving back to offices, we would expect all employees to start working from Bangalore as well.
• A sufficient time period will be provided before such a move is made
Remuneration:
• The first six months will be the internship period where the interns will be provided a stipend of INR 10,000
• After the completion of six months, they will be converted to full-time Permanent role in Moolya
• Each Intern will be provided a remuneration of INR 3,00,000 CTC at the time of conversion
Recruitment Process:
• A quick discussion with someone in our team to review Interpersonal & learning skills.
• An Online coding test to evaluate coding skills
• An online video conferencing discussion with our tech team
• An online video conferencing discussion with AVP Fulfilment for culture fitment & salary finalization.
Internship:
• First three months, the interns will be trained on Functional Testing, Java, Python & Automation tech
• Interns will also be trained on Interpersonal skills, Behavioural skills, Emotional Intelligence etc
• Next three months, Interns will be added to different projects as Shadows so as to learn from real time projects.

Salary: 3 LPA
